• Use API 620 and 650 (Storage Tanks).
• X-Ray per job requirements.
• Give each Vessel a full visual inspection.
• Give each Vessel a full dimensional inspection.
• Have complete tracibility of all materials used on Auto -clave and Vessel units
• All Welders are ASME Section IX qualified.
• Perform liquid penetrate testing in-house
• Perform magnetic particle testing in-house
• Ultrasonic and X-Ray testing available in-house.
• All testing is supervised by a Level III technician.
• Hydro/Air test as required.
