of stairs that are to be used in a modular project. Measuring the thickness
of a weld is only one of many quality steps each project is given prior to delivery
to the customer.

McAbee
uses several techniques to ensure high quality levels for all of our products.
Generally speaking, our overall quality program includes:

Prides Itself on Quality Level
- An
ASME Pipe Quality Program
- An
annual internal audit of our quality system to evaluate the effectiveness
of our current programs and to make changes as needed.
- Our
Quality Control Manager reports directly to the president of McAbee Construction
and has full responsibility and authority to change the quality program
as necessary to maintain high standards.
- National
Board compliance system in place for repairs of boilers and pressure vessels
("R" Stamp).
- All
Vessels are registered with the National Board.
- 10%
mandatory X-Ray of all pipe welds- regardless of customer requirement to
do so.
