• X-Ray a full 10% of all welds- regardless of customer requirement to do so.
• Give each spool a full visual inspection.
• Give each spool a full dimensional inspection.
• Color Code all materials.
• All Welders are ASME Section IX qualified.
• Perform liquid penetrate testing in-house
• Perform magnetic particle testing in-house
• Ultrasonic and X-Ray testing available in-house.
• All testing is supervised by a Level III technician.
• Hydro/Air test as required.
